Official Speaker of the Manufacturing & Supply Chain West, Conference & Exhibition
Niall Lehane is an executive advisor and co-founder of Probitas, where he specialises in Executive Team Performance.
Before establishing Probitas, Niall spent more than 25 years in senior operational and leadership roles, including as General Manager EMEA with Fortune 500 company Sonoco. During his corporate career, he led businesses through growth and significant organisational change, including leading the acquisition and subsequent integration of a business into the wider global organisation. Having spent much of his career sitting at the executive table himself, Niall now works alongside CEOs, boards and executive teams to improve how leadership teams think together, make decisions and turn strategy into action. Central to his work is a simple question: how can a room full of smart, experienced people make a decision that none of them would have made individually? His work on Executive Team Performance and Collective Judgement explores the dynamics that shape decision-making at the top of organisations — and what the best executive teams do differently. Niall holds an MBA and brings an operator’s perspective to the challenges of leadership, growth and organisational performance.
